Mumbai, India: Logica has launched ‘Logica Q-NG’- a solution to ease the complexities that banks deal with multiple and disparate systems. Logica Q-NG is based on the proprietary Logica HUT model of payments that is capable of processing tens of millions of transactions per hour. The solution simplifies payments across the organization and makes it easier and simpler to manage payments, including different types.

The system enables the processing of every payment type, both current and future, using the  optimal routing and processing methodology. Because of its hub based framework, minimal effort is required in setting up new payment types which can then be easily integrated into the system.

GBS Bindra, global director of innovation and managing director, Logica India, shares: “The payment ecosystem is evolving rapidly and banks need robust systems in place that can deal with growing volume and complexities. Logica Q-NG is such an innovation that not only addresses the complexities of Indian payment landscape but also possesses capability of responding faster to client demands.”

It will capacitate the banks to have a competent payment hub to cater to all kinds of payments viz. batch payments, high care payments and high speed payments while supporting high volume processing. It also provides quality business intelligence to give range of insights,  centralized application lifecycle and fraud management.
